Hi
Im Charlotte and have been practicing Ashtanga Yoga for the last 10 years and now exploring my practice into a more Dynamic Flow Yoga with music. I trained with Himalaya Yoga Valley in India 2009 and since then I have experience workshopping with actors in rehearsals and private lessons.
I would love to start teaching in a studio/ freelance in London now I feel my practice and knowledge has grown and developed. I have a very open and energetic outlook and like to bring this into my teaching.Whats important is to make sure that all yogi's are welcome and gather the greatest benefits no matter the level from the practice and be able to take their experience forward with them from the mat to their everyday life. From personally experience yoga has brought me an outstanding amount of grounding and support in my life and hope it can to others, and hope I can aid in this exploration.
I am very excited that this point has finally come and look forward to the future.

Introductory Talk with Jack Petranker
Decades ago the Tibetan lama Tarthang Tulku introduced “Time, Space and Knowledge” (TSK), to the West. The TSK vision is not Buddhist; it does not belong to any tradition. It urges us to explore our experience free from interpretation and concepts.
Through exercises, discussion, and creative inquiry, TSK gives access to a deeper level of being, where real and lasting change can happen. It invites us to rediscover space as allowing, time as dynamic, and knowledge as fundamental to reality, not “owned” by the one who knows.
In this introduction to the TSK vision, we will use exercises, discussion and a few short readings to discover how easy it is to let go of fixed positions and identities. Come discover the simple, powerful, and liberating methods of TSK, a teaching designed by a leading Tibetan lama for the Western mind.
JACK PETRANKER is a close student of Tarthang Tulku and founder of the Center for Creative Inquiry. He has taught TSK since 1983.
