Listings are available free to individuals and charitable organisations, however we do ask for a voluntary contribution towards the upkeep of this web site.  If by paying this charge you will face any difficulties then please do not send payment. (This policy does not apply to commercial listings).

Individuals: £8.45 contribution requested
Charities/Holistic Centres £35 (Where a considerate charging policy or similar is in place).

The acceptance of your listing is not dependant upon payment if you are an individual therapist, teacher or non profit/charitable organisation.

If you have a web page or site please link to Metta

Web pages are also available by special order, providing space for individual therapists or practitioners to provide detailed information about their practice, special rates are available for non commercial services.

Promotion, Advertising, and Sponsorship at Metta

Four standard banner sizes are available to promote your service or business. These banners can be placed within any of the Metta categories. Your banner is not generally rotated with other banners, although reduced rates may be available for this service.  When an advertising space is booked it remains your space until the term expires. We are also looking for sponsorship help to support Metta.

This service is not related to the listings service with is available free to Therapists,  Practitioners, and Yoga Teachers etc. All bodies including charities are asked to make a voluntary payment for listings where possible.

Banner ads are offered in addition to the listings at Metta and are included as a  means of covering the cost of maintaining this web site.

Sending us your banner

All advertising material must comply with the specification outlined below. Please email all material to Metta.org.uk. When sending images, please be sure to include the complete URL of the accompanying link, as well as any appropriate ALT text for the advertising image.

Current Rates

These formats are available within the left, right and bottom border areas. (subject to availability)

* 468x60 banners are available within the bottom border only.

**One off week rates are subject to a £20 set up fee. CPM options are available on request.

Banner advertisements covering limited sections may receive a discount. Special rates for non commercial services are available. Single page ads may also be available by special request.

To help make the most of your campaign Metta may also help with banner design and creation.

Specifications

Metta can generally accept static images in GIF format only. Metta will also allow some animated images that are in GIF format (additional charges may apply), either in single or infinite animation loops.  We do not currently accept ads that incorporate Java, Shockwave, Future Splash, video or sound. All banner ads must not exceed 15k and 10k for smaller formats. All banner ads will include a direct link to your desired site together with Alt text. Click through statistics are available on request.
