This is a huge book. (430x600) The format is really the only way that it could portray the images with any sort of clarity. The art work within and around each thangkas is stunning, very detailed with fantastic, vibrant colours and images. The pictures are clearly explained in brief and clear text which translates each image. This book has to be seen and is a real inspiration to meditation and reflection.

The Buddha taught that three states of mind are the source of all our unhappiness: ignorance, obsessive desire and anger. Anger is one of the most powerful emotions, and one of the hardest to change. Buddhist monk Thich Nhat Hanh, offers a fresh and useful perspective on taking care of anger. Laced with interesting stories and practical techniques this unabridged audio production offers a wise and loving look at transforming such an explosive emotion into peace, bringing harmony and healing to all areas and relationships in our lives that have been affected by anger.
