Pilates is not yoga and any decent yoga teacher training course will give you all that you need to deepen your understanding of yoga and teach it correctly. Yoga is not just a series of body motions but a discipline which has been around for thousands of years and will continue to be here long after pilates has fizzled out. The above post sounds just like something that has been dreamed up by the fitness,Reps, sports scene. Pilates may be usefull in building some core strength but it really has nothing to do with yoga.   2   RESPOND    EDIT
