Hi, I remember watching a fascinating bbc programme in October/November 2003 about factory workers trying meditation to reduce stress. They ended up on a retreat in the North somewhere. I'm trying to track down the meditation practitioner in the programme, because I'd like to ask his advice. Can anyone help?

I remember this - I think his name was Paul Darby. He's from my neck of the woods. Is this the one where he took them into the middle of the countryside in West Yorkshire?

Namaste......
