I have recently started an aromatherapy course. One of my assignments is to list some contra indications can anyone familiar with this subject make some suggestions please
Just came across your post, the obvious one for me is nut allergies and nut oil base. Others I can think of would be stimulant oils if pregnant – there are loads of them but by mind cant think right now, it’s gone blank
Check clint alergies as above and get a really good book on oils and contra indications!
