Also Rebirthing/ energy breathing has the same if not deeper effect. It has all the physical benefits with a deep healing potential,releasing blocked energy in our body. Breathing in Hot tubs also has massive benefits. All in all Energy breathing has lists of benefits to many to write here. Look out for my 3 day workshop Opening Heavens Door.
