A Simple Path is based on talks by The Dalai Lama given in London during the mid 1990’s the Dalai Lama is widely respected as one of the world's great spiritual teachers of Tibetan Buddhism, most traditions find his work both acceptable and inspiring, because he tends to stress the universal features rather than narrow and restricted doctrine. The book covers the Four Noble Truths: the nature of suffering; the origin of suffering and the law of karma; cessation of suffering through liberation; and the path to achieving this.
